E-Commerce​/Sales Representative

mittoshop is a B2B wholesale women's clothing company designing and manufacturing clothing for sale via e-commerce sites and national trade shows.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers through phone and email and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Process incoming orders.
• Call customers to confirm order information.
• Cold Calling to existing leads to generate sales.
• Email customers and create/send product line sheets.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Experience in sales, especially wholesale/E-commerce, is preferred.
• Strong skills in cold calling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive approach to upselling and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Must be proficient at using a Windows computer including email, Microsoft Excel, and learning our in-house CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Native fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Experience with in wholesale fashion industry is a plus
• Familiarity with women's fashion and clothing sales is a plus
