• Provide excellent customer service and support shoppers.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays.
• Assist customers under the supervision of the Grocery Manager.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping as required; lift up to 60 lbs at times.
• Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

• Read and comprehend product labels, shelf tags, and short memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information to customers and employees.
• Apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and move up to 45 lbs; occasionally up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
