• Embody our culture and values, displaying a high degree of self‑accountability and acting as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store associates and preparing them to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Support and manage the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to customers’ purchase journey.
• Actively provide and nourish feedback from all levels to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed (boxes 10–30 lbs).

• At least 1 year of management experience within a retail environment (prior retail management experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders as required.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
