• Take photos of all samples (SMS, fits, PP's, TOPs), resize, edit, organize, and upload on SMT.
• Alert fabric/print team of new strike‑off requests needed, new colors to be lab dipped and request indemnification forms as necessary.
• Maintain and organize the garment/sample library, ensuring all samples are up to date and readily accessible for anyone to pull at any time.
• Manage stock inventory weekly and send availability to buyers.
• Submit fits and swatches/requests to buyers for approval, email to buyer and follow up.
