GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage ) (T0189) – Target

Join to apply for the GM and Food role s position supports General Merchandise and Food areas, including inbound, replenishment, pricing, signing, and fulfillment processes to enable a consistent guest experience.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide excellent service
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas
• Operate power equipment if certified and assist with merchandise setup, stock management, and inventory accuracy
• Learn and apply operational procedures affecting inventory, store profitability, and product availability
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivery/pickup)
• Perform other duties as required by business needs

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds)
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
• Work in variable temperatures and environments depending on duties
• End-to-end shift mobility and duration may vary
