The dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, utensils, and other required kitchen materials using machine and manual cleaning methods. The Dishwasher is also responsible for ensuring the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

• Must be able to read labels on chemicals
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
