We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Marketing team. This role will be responsible for budget tracking, invoice processing, and marketing operations support, as well as assisting with fulfillment of social media contests and other Marketing activations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a dynamic marketing team building a growing brand. This role will play an important part in keeping the team running smoothly and effectively as the Tous les Jours brand continues to expand its US presence.

JOB DUTIES
  • Budget & Operations
    • Track marketing department budgets and expenses to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Process invoices and work with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain organized records of marketing spend and vendor contracts.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with social media contest fulfillment, including prize coordination and shipping.
    • Support the logistics of influencer and PR kit mailings.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to keep projects moving.
  • Team Coordination
    • Serve as the point person for department processes, deadlines, and administrative needs.
    • Help organize team meetings, offsites, and events.
    • Provide general support to CMO as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience; marketing or retail/restaurant experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with budgets; proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is resourceful and eager to support the team.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
