• Lead and direct all activities on the corrugator production line during your shift, ensuring optimal safety, quality, and output.
• Provide technical expertise and hands‑on assistance, particularly for the control room, single facer, and double backer positions.
• Train new operators and cross‑train existing personnel to enhance team flexibility and capability.
• Implement and oversee stringent quality control measures, addressing any deviations swiftly.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure all corrugator equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Manage production flow, resolve operational bottlenecks, and make real‑time adjustments to maximize throughput.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, quality, and personnel.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing process enhancements.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corrugation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Deep functional knowledge of corrugator machinery and related processes.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage a diverse production team.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex operational issues.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional weekends.

• Demonstrated experience with new equipment commissioning or significant upgrades.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
