We are looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven leader responsible for driving critical initiatives from decision to completion. This role exists to ensure that high-priority efforts do not stall due to bureaucracy, coordination failures, or unclear ownership.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual is empowered to cut through organizational friction, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable results on aggressive timelines. Success in this role is defined by execution, not process creation.

This position is suited for individuals with a proven record of leading complex, high-stakes initiatives in environments with multiple stakeholders, limited authority, and significant operational constraints.

Primary Job Functions
  • Serve as single-point execution owner for assigned priority initiatives
  • Translate leadership intent into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Drive cross-bureau, cross-agency, and external stakeholder coordination
  • Identify and remove blockers (organizational, procedural, contractual, or political)
  • Hold teams accountable to deadlines, outcomes, and quality standards
  • Escalate issues early with solution-oriented recommendations
  • Rapidly assess underperforming initiatives and implement corrective action
  • Provide concise, decision-ready updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure initiatives conclude with documented outcomes and lessons learned
  • Deliver Initiatives on time and within scope
  • Reduce stalled or delayed programs
  • Align Stakeholder and issue resolution effectiveness
  • Ensure clarity and quality of executive reporting
  • Demonstrate impact on mission outcomes
  • The duties listed are not set forth to limit the assignment of work. They are not to be construed as a complete list of the many duties normally to be performed under a position title or those to be assigned and performed temporarily outside of an employee’s normal line of work.

    Qualifications

    Work Experience

    Required:

3 years of project management experience.

    Education (Preferred Certifications):

    • Agile / SAFe certification
    • Program Management or Operations certifications

    • The Senior Program Execution Lead is responsible for overseeing processes related to execution of company projects and programs. Regarding the supervision of employees, however, this position is limited to making suggestions or recommendations regarding the staff to the President, who holds a Key Employee or Officer License. The President is the position that makes managerial decisions on behalf of the administrative department.

The Senior Program Execution Lead understands and acknowledges he/she cannot take any action that would require a Key Employee license.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion
    • Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations (government, military, consulting, or equivalent)
    • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without formal authority
