As an Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse. $73,000 - $129,000 annually, depending on experience

Tuesday - Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and optimizing business processes for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead daily labor planning and sort operations in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Promote a strong safety culture with a focus on dock safety, lockout/tagout procedures, and overall compliance.
• Collaborate with Contracted Service Providers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure service alignment.
• Maintain a strong on-floor presence to support operational readiness and team engagement.

• Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback.
