Your Role And Impact
  • Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance with contract requirements on assigned programs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, making timely decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers regarding contractual issues.
  • Serve as a key business advisor to program managers on contractual matters.
  • Monitor contracts and associated programs to ensure obligations are communicated and understood.
  • Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, administration, and customer contract activities to manage assigned contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements, manage contract changes, and maintain historical information.
  • Review terms and conditions to address financial risks, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination provisions, indemnification, and other risk areas, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Enter and maintain contract data in the Contract Management System or Enterprise Accounting System.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables and submission of invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise

- Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Additional 4+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR or government acquisition regulations.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe.
  • No clearance required to start.
What Counts As Professional Experience
  • Business Management (Finance, Pricing and Cost Estimating, Regulatory Compliance, Risk and Earned Value Management).
  • Legal / Contract Law (contract formation, disputes resolution, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) knowledge).
  • Global Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, International Sourcing, Export/Trade Compliance).
What Sets You Apart
  • Contract administration or contract management experience in Defense or Aerospace industry.
  • Experience managing cost‑type or firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) procurement contract types; experience with Other Transactions is a plus.
  • Experience with federal government contracting requirements; FAR/DFAR interpretations.
  • No clearance required to start.
