Human Resource Manager
Job Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Review and correct employees’ timesheets as necessary, ensure accurate information prior to payroll processing.
- Prepare and submit timecards to applicable temp agencies for temporary employees.
- Assist with any Safety Programs and Safety Trainings as needed.
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding as needed.
- Help with on-boarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions as necessary.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee orientation, and development programs as needed.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications as needed.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and site leadership.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally, greet incoming visitors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications as needed.
- Support planning and management of site events including ordering items, drafting communications and graphics, coordinating with vendors, collaborating with others to ensure event success, and distribution of purchased event tickets (i.e. Crypto Tickets).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to maintain on-time, regular attendance.
- Effectively take and follow direction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong writing, reading, and proofing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels, with an ability to display a positive attitude.
- Completion of High school degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years experience working within an Administrative Assistant role or similar administrative support role preferable, experience working within Human Resources highly desired.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
