Class A OTR CDL Team Driver

DSL Express is now hiring OTR CDL Class A Team Drivers! Company drivers with 2+ years of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross Earnings between $117,600 to $145,600 per year per driver.

• Up to 81 cents per mile plus bonuses. Depending on the EXP and MVRs of the team.
• Average miles are anywhere between 5,500 and 7,000 per week depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $4,500 to $5,600 per week total. That’s $2,250 to $2,800 per week per team driver.
• Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves himself or herself.

• Up to 71 cents per mile plus bonuses. Depending on EXP and MVR.
• Average miles are anywhere between 2,800 and 3,600 per week depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $1,900 to $2,550 per week per driver (for normal solo drivers).
• Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves himself or herself.

• Must have a Class A CDL. Additional endorsements are a bonus.

• Must be healthy, able, and willing to work.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions.
• Comfortable with modern ELD systems.
• Must pass a drug test – no acceptances.
• Valid medical card issued.
• Stable work history and good references.
• No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
• No DWIs, DUI, and BAC in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No license suspension for points, or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
