Youth​/Teen - Youth Camp Director

Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Youth Services Director - Youth Camp to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and a desire to create an inclusive and supportive environment for our community members.

• Coordinate, supervise, plan and implement activities for school age recreation programs for youth ages 6-17 years for summer camp.

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. The hiring range for this position is $20.04 - $22.57 per hour.

• Recreation Center Membership:
  Employees are eligible for a membership to the Commerce City Recreation Center for $5.00 per year.
• Golf Course Green Fees:
  Employees can play the City s Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes; discounted golf merchandise.
• Benefits:
  The city monitors the hours worked for seasonal and variable hour employees; if more than 1,560 hours within the ACA measurement period, health benefits are offered.
• Wellness:
  Eligible to earn up to $100 for participation in wellness activities offered by the City throughout the year.
• Eligibility for Pay Increases:
  Eligible for a pay increase around the time of annual appraisal following a successful evaluation.
