CompensationHourly wage ranges from $21 – $34 per hour and may equal or exceed local minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
