We are seeking a positive, friendly individual ready to help create an inviting shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
  • Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed
  • Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely and efficiently
  • Merchandise and stock as required
  • Ensure cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, floors, and general areas
  • Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders
  • Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register
  • Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without accommodation
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
