Starting compensation: $21 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential

Schedule: Monday‑Friday (Nights)

This position is responsible for compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in the establishment.

• Report any accidents, injuries, malfunctions on equipment, and safety issues and/or unsafe practices immediately to a Supervisor.
• Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Verify clerical computations against the physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
• Compile information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and compute inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Prepare a list of depleted items and recommend a survey of defective or unusable items.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department, which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in various temperature‑controlled zones ranging from –5 °F to ambient temperature.
• Ability to observe surroundings, packages, and labels at both close and far distances.
