TSG Support Technician with Driving

Commerce City, CO

$20 to $28 an hourly W2.

• Provide support activities in an assigned area, including troubleshooting and resolving computer and telecommunication system issues.
• Perform equipment exchanges, record inventory controls, and assist with software installations and program updates.
• Train users on supported software and hardware, ensuring they understand technology from both user and technical perspectives.
• Travel using personal vehicle to support customers and UPS locations, ensuring seamless technology infrastructure support.
• Work various shifts, including weekends as needed, to support planned upgrades and coverage requirements.

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A+ certification required.
• Proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Office Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
