Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to clients ranging from infants to young adults (ages 0–18) in Commerce City, CO. Deliver one-on-one care focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living (ADLs), and overall independence—right in the child’s natural environment.

• Competitive pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
• Start of Care (SOC) visits:
  Up to $120 per SOC
• Part-time caseload: 10–20 visits per week
• Flexible schedule designed to support work–life balance while meeting professional goals

• Complete initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions
• Educate and support families to encourage carryover at home
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with other clinicians and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• NBCOT Certification
• Colorado OT License
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience preferred but not required
