Pay Range: $68.96hr - $73.96hr
Requirement/Must Have- Ramp-up and ramp-down experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience conducting time studies and identifying process gaps.
- Experience integrating new technology and processes at a plant-wide level.
- Value stream mapping and Lean methodology experience.
- Ability to launch new products, processes, and plant layouts successfully.
- Ability to determine required resources, materials, and timelines for new processes and procedures.
- Strong teamwork and work ethic.
- Experience in plant-wide industrial engineering projects.
- Experience supporting manufacturing process design and improvement initiatives.
- Relevant work experience in industrial engineering or related manufacturing roles.
- Assist with the design, improvement, and installation of integrated manufacturing or administrative systems utilizing people, materials, information, equipment, and energy.
- Develop and implement standard work methods for new and existing production lines.
- Design safe and efficient manufacturing workstations using plant layout, ergonomic, and workstation design principles.
- Perform cost analysis for make-versus-buy decisions for components or sub-assemblies.
- Conduct line balancing and evaluate work activities to optimize operational efficiency and meet changing customer demands.
- Apply digital tools to model and simulate manufacturing processes to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Create or modify optimized manufacturing process layouts to reduce waste and process time.
- Perform detailed work measurement analysis to identify waste and redistribute work content.
- Integrate engineering drawings into manufacturing process development.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and waste reduction efforts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Understanding of ergonomic principles and health and safety standards.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, process layout, and industrial engineering methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Appreciation for diverse perspectives and inclusive work practices.
