Job Overview

This position manages registering all incoming students, enrolling students, and assisting families when they transfer to other schools. The position promotes positive public relations for The STEAD School. This position works independently to plan and organize complex work activities to ensure timely preparation of accurate data and reports.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains confidentiality of all records and conversations.
  • Record/reports document management for students and families.
  • Confirm new student enrollment and enter data into Infinite Campus and Jupiter.
  • Health plan record keeping and assist the nurse with record keeping for health and immunizations.
  • Maintain and submit records for October count, with assistance from the Community Relations Coordinator and Office staff.
  • Create student/parent portal logins via Infinite Campus and Jupiter.
  • Serve on the emergency response team.
  • Manage all transportation for field trips and accelerator weeks.
  • Ensure all grades and transcripts have been finalized at the end of each semester and submit to the district.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary graduation data to the district at the end of each school year.
  • Assist with summer school registration and record keeping.
  • Assist with home school registration and record keeping.
