We are looking for energetic, upbeat technicians/mechanics with a positive attitude who seek out solutions to tough problems and have a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

• Diagnose and fix vehicles using knowledge and skills for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications with A1-A8 or L1 are a plus, but not required
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 75 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
