The Role
As an Administrative Assistant at UU, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Your support will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness within our team and enabling us to continue delivering outstanding results. Your work will have a direct impact on the business, contributing to the progress of power infrastructure development across the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain crew schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, both in‑person and virtual.
- Review and analyze reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing records, databases, and filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external parties.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel (V‑lookups, Pivot Tables, Large Data Sets)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Relevant certifications in administrative or office management.
- Sage 300 / SharePoint experience.
- Payroll experience.
- Power Delivery industry experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand, and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. Pay Range for this position is typically in the range of $23/hr - $28/hr pending experience and qualifications.
