This role is ideal for a seasoned retail security professional looking to take the next step into leadership while working in a polished, customer‑focused environment.

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Act as the main point of contact for luxury retail tenants
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the sales floor and common areas
• Address incidents, emergencies, and tenant concerns calmly and professionally
• Ensure post orders and company standards are consistently followed

• Minimum 1 year of retail security experience (required)
• Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in high‑traffic environments
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Valid NYS Security Guard License (as required by assignment)
