• Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom

• Experience in retail or customer service roles
• Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
