Position: Registered Nurses RNs $10,000 sign on bonus FT and $5,000 PT

Registered Nurse – Full‑Time & Part‑Time

Gurwin Healthcare System provides a full continuum of care at its 460‑bed Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and surrounding facilities in Commack, NY. We offer short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term skilled nursing, memory, respiratory, palliative, hospice, adult‑day programs and on‑site dialysis/infusion therapy.

Compensation

Base pay: $53.93 per hour – $59.80 per hour
. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 for full‑time nurses and $5,000 for part‑time nurses
.

Shift Schedule
  • Full‑time: day shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.) or evening shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.). Every other weekend scheduled on.
  • Part‑time: same day and evening shifts. Every other weekend scheduled on.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the above programs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams, care planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited professional RN program with a current license to practice in New York State.
  • BSN preferred.
