As a Solderer at Bren‑Tronics, part of Ener Sys and a manufacturer of advanced portable power solutions, solder sub‑assemblies‑batteries, chargers and accessories with accuracy by hand.

• Solder batteries, chargers, and accessories by hand according to supervisor’s directions and work instructions.
• Shrink sleeve as required
• Apply tie wraps and strip wires as required.
• Maintain assigned safety equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain daily production records.
• Report product anomalies and damaged equipment.
• Consistently complete daily required quantities.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience as a Solderer
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
