Insurance Customer Service Representative – In Person
Are you insurance licensed or willing to get your Insurance License? Do you love meeting new people and helping them out? Are you comfortable using new computer systems. If yes, we want to talk to you ASAP.
We are actively hiring multiple experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who knows how to handle customers, manage a busy workload, and take ownership of their role. If you are reliable, organized, and want to be rewarded for performance, this position is for you.
Responsibilities- Servicing existing insurance clients with professionalism and urgency
- Handling insurance policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage requests
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy
- Maintaining detailed and compliant client records
- Working closely with the sales and service teams to retain and protect our clients
- Minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience required
- Must be willing to obtain a New York State insurance license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-person office environment
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Base pay plus performance bonuses
