The Cutting Edge Hair Design is a well-established, upscale employee-based salon seeking experienced stylists with an existing clientele or strong following to join our growing team.

With 19 years in business and a loyal, referral-based clientele, we are entering an exciting new season of growth and creating space for motivated, business-minded stylists who want stability, support, and opportunity.

Hourly base during training and slower weeks, with commission as the primary long-term pay structure for experienced stylists based on performance and production.

Up to $1,500 for qualified, established stylists, earned over time based on retention and performance:

• $500 at 30 days
• $500 at 90 days
• $500 at 6 months
