As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you'll warmly welcome and guide patients through their dental journeys. You'll educate patients on treatment options, especially dental implants, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their care plans. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate care by scheduling appointments, handling follow-ups, and collaborating closely with our clinical team to keep treatment plans and timelines on track. Your expertise will shine as you manage insurance billing, submit claims, and ensure smooth credentialing processes for our providers.

Above all, you'll build lasting relationships with patients, making them feel valued and supported every step of the way.

• 2+ years of dental office experience; management experience would be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of dental implants and related procedures
• Proficiency in dental insurance billing, including claims, pre-authorizations, and verifications
• Familiarity with credentialing processes for dental providers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus to serve our diverse patient community.
