Responsible for delivering products interstate in a safe and timely manner. Drivers must reflect and represent Hamilton Parker’s core values, H.E.A.R.T. (History, Enthusiastic, Adaptive, Reputable, Team-oriented).

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure safety while driving and on the job site.
• Load/unload flatbed truck.
• Operate various trucks/machinery: electric, diesel, piggyback, skid loader, dump truck.
• Follow federal, state, local, and DOT laws.
• Communicate with the dispatcher throughout the day.
• Help customers place material.
• Maintain safe driving practices.
• Obtain customer signature on the ticket when delivered.
• Assist in warehouse operations, occasionally on Saturdays and as needed.
• Use an RF scanner and forklift to pull customers’ orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS for job locations.
• Effectively work with all levels of personnel.
• Prioritize workload and work independently.
• Must have a valid CDL

• Working knowledge of FMCSA & ODOT laws and regulations.
• Forklift certified.
• Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
• Minimum one-year prior work experience driving with CDL.
• Customer service background is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently required to sit for long periods (up to 4 hours).
• Occasional requirement to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and walk.
