WhatYou’ll Do
- Logistics Management:
Manage the logistics movement for all Path’s international and domestic shipping needs across suppliers, customers, trade shows, and more. - Negotiate rates and contracts for all shipping needs, including FTL, LTL, parcels, and more.
- Create and implement strategies on managing logistics providers and custom brokerages.
- Resolve all shipping issues, including driver no shows, customs clearances, and more.
- Ensure all cross-functional team questions on logistics, including urgent shipments, are supported timely.
- Resupply:
Coordinate logistics and internal needs for all types of resupply, including spares and consumable replenishment to deployed fleet, and inventory returns of used cells and parts from field to Path or suppliers. Align demand with cross functional teams or customers, ordering or drop-shipping consumable items, ensuring all internal ERP system records are updated, RMA coordination with suppliers, etc. - Develop a process for tracking and delivering consumables to customer sites.
- Documentation:
Prepare all documentation related to logistics, including HS code analysis/selection to minimize tariffs, carnets for equipment, international shipping customs paperwork, service provider scorecards, open delivery reports, truck loading plans, bill of lading, and more. May involve working with customs brokers and customers on preferred formatting. - Packaging:
Manage all internal and external packaging to fit our logistics and cross-functional needs, such as crates, skids, boxes, etc. - Work closely with Operations deployment teams to coordinate timing and delivery schedules for shipments to customer sites. May require working on weekends to communicate current timelines.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years with both domestic and international shipping experience
- Experience with MS Office software, Netsuite or appropriate business system software
