KC-46 Program Operations Coordinator – on-site role in Columbus, Ohio within the KC-46 Pegasus program. This junior-level position offers hands-on exposure to program operations, asset management, logistics, and leadership support. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Commercial Sales, KC-46 Asset Manager, and the program team.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP systems related to orders, assets, and schedules.
- Organize and manage program files, documents, and key dates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing, to ensure smooth program execution.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and maintain accurate internal documentation.
- Execute general administrative tasks to support daily program operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles (internships considered).
- Proficiency in Excel:
Intermediate with experience in Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/SUMIF, and basic charting. - Experience with ERP systems or similar business software.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a program-focused environment.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience.
