* 401kresponsibilities:
* operate commercial trucks safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
* conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
* load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper securing of loads.
* transport goods to assigned destinations within scheduled time frames.
* maintain electronic or paper logs of working hours, driving hours, and rest periods (dot compliance).
* communicate with dispatch regarding delays, incidents, or route changes.
* ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation (bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.).
* follow planned routes while adjusting for traffic or weather conditions.
* provide excellent customer service at delivery sites.
* keep equipment clean and report any necessary repairs.requirements:
* must be at least 21 years of age
* prior rail experience preferred but not required
* class a cdl
* 6 months of verifiable experience in the last year
* clean driving record with proven safe-driving history
* no dui/owi in the last 5 years
* no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
* no more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
