Job Overview
The Dispatch Scheduler coordinates technicians, inspectors, and service routes to ensure efficient daily operations. This role optimizes schedules, minimizes downtime, and ensures timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for field staff
- Coordinate routes to maximize efficiency and coverage
- Communicate schedule changes and urgent updates in real time
- Monitor technician availability, job progress, and completion status
- Handle last-minute adjustments with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records
- Collaborate with client care and operations teams
- 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or logistics experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure
- Proficiency in scheduling software and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in home services, inspections, or field operations preferred
