, a Fresh Edge LLC company, is hiring Non‑CDL Regional Home Daily Box Truck Reefer Drivers in Columbus, OH. Piazza Produce offers a wide array of produce, locally sourced goods, specialty items, and more. The company delivers to over 150 surrounding cities including those in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Michigan. Our fleet includes trucks equipped with refrigeration and GPS tracking devices, making us a great option for dry or perishable loads.

• Average annual earnings: $51,500+
• Base Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hour with 50+ average hours per week
• Scheduled annual increases!
• Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked
• Sign‑on Bonus: $3,000 NET with payments of $1,000 at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days

  Eligible after 90 days (Paid annually 1% of total wages for safe drivers)

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Saturday (5‑6 days per week)
• Shift: Typically, 8‑12 hour shifts with start time at 5:00 am until work is done
• Route:
  Deliver to over 150 cities around IN, OH & KY (15‑25 stops per day; 300+ cases per day; some locations require up/downstairs delivery)
• Level of Touch:
  Touch Freight, load & unload
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 lb with no assistance and use pallet jacks, 2‑wheel dolly & phone scanner

• Non‑CDL box truck full‑service lease (automatic transmission)

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No endorsement required
• Drivers with a CDL A, B or C license are still encouraged to apply
• 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
• No DUI/DWI convictions allowed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and proven safe PSP score
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must pass a required pre‑employment drug screen
• Must work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions: hot, cold, dust, indoors and outdoors
• Must live within a 40‑mile radius of Cincinnati, OH, or be willing to relocate for a position

• Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to grasp, manipulate or feel objects
• Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
