OverviewThis role focuses on mastering the basics of Operational Excellence. As a Client Success Associate, you will manage the daily operations of existing and new client accounts sourced by our sales team, including load building, scheduling, tracking shipments, providing timely updates internally and externally, and closing out loads.
Responsibilities- Manage the load board daily, performing detailed data entry for load building and scheduling, tracking, reviewing available loads, and closing out loads to ensure overall execution.
- Focus on accuracy and timeliness while building loads for our customer account(s).
- Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within the customer’s network.
- Deliver effective and timely communication with carrier representatives and customer contacts when rescheduling pickups, deliveries, and while obtaining accurate tracking updates.
- Communicate proactively with customer contacts when a shipment will be delayed.
- Understand the customer’s committed lanes and determine whether to accept or reject loads tendered by the customer.
- Establish a strong understanding and knowledge base of the industry, foundational skills, and Arrive operations with a drive for continued educational opportunities.
- Expand your relationship with customer contacts by delivering timely and professional communication.
- Work with BD and carrier counterparts to navigate issues and provide best‑in‑class customer service.
- Maximize profitability by evaluating appointment times, flexibility, and other attributes to secure the best possible rate.
- Prioritize exceptions and work with the carrier team to provide timely updates to customers.
- Proactively work with management to address potential concerns for aging shipments for your customer.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
- Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in school or work settings.
- Fast‑paced, able to multitask in a high‑pressure environment.
- Polished communicator with exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.
