Job Description SummaryDesigns and implements personalized fitness plans to improve the physical health and wellbeing of employees who are members of the Wellness Center.
Job DescriptionEssential Functions:
- Designs and implements personalized fitness plans for employees.
- Conducts fitness assessments to evaluate employee fitness levels.
- Provides guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Develops and leads group fitness classes for employees.
- Monitors employee progress and adjusts fitness plans as needed.
- Educates employees on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
High School Diploma, required.
Licensure Requirement(not specified)
Certifications- NCCA Accredited Certification for Personal Training such as: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or ISSA, required.
- CPR Certification, required.
- Group Fitness Certification, preferred.
