Senior AdTech / Mar Tech Software Engineer

We are looking for a senior-level Software Engineer with deep experience in AdTech, Marketing Technology, analytics, and experimentation platforms, backed by a modern engineering stack built on .NET, C#, Azure, Type Script, Angular, and React.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of engineering, performance marketing, and data — where you will design and build the systems that directly drive acquisition, attribution accuracy, customer retention, and revenue optimization.
What You’ll Be Building & Owning
Core Engineering Stack
- Backend services in C# / .NET
- Cloud-native architecture in Microsoft Azure
- REST APIs and integration services
- Front-end applications in Type Script
- Modern UI development using Angular and/or React
- Event-driven and scalable system design
AdTech & Programmatic Systems
- Integration with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and programmatic ad ecosystems
- Real-Time Bidding (RTB) environments
- Ad server integrations
- Tracking pixel implementation
- Conversion tracking & Conversion APIs
- Attribution modeling systems
- CRM integrations
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Lifecycle marketing and retention systems
- Marketing automation workflows
Analytics & Measurement
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and optimization
- Funnel analysis and behavioral tracking
- Web and digital analytics instrumentation
- A/B testing frameworks
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Designing, deploying, and measuring test performance
Ideal Background
- Strong backend experience in .NET / C#
- Azure cloud architecture and deployment experience
- Front-end development using Type Script, Angular, or React
- Hands-on experience with AdTech integrations and marketing automation systems
- Deep understanding of tracking implementation, analytics, and attribution
- Experience building experimentation and feature flagging systems
