This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio (preferred), Des Moines, Iowa or Scottsdale, Arizona office 2 days per week on Mondays & Tuesdays. Remote candidates will also be considered.

This role will be within Technology Nationwide Financial (NF) Integrated Digital Services (IDS).

Nationwide is on the hunt for a Specialist, Quality Engineer to support the Nationwide Financial Salesforce platform team. This is a golden opportunity to work with the world's leading CRM platform and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Evolve Our Salesforce Regression Test Suite using TOSCA:
    You'll manage and refine our test suite using TOSCA, ensuring it adapts to new Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Mentorship:
    Share your knowledge and mentor less experienced engineers, promoting best practices and consistent processes.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    Identify and implement test automation best practices to enhance our team's daily automation activities.
  • Contribute to Large Scale Projects:
    Play a pivotal role in large-scale Salesforce implementations and support the external deployment process.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Troubleshoot and solve complex software development issues.
  • Communication:
    Build and foster business relationships through excellent communication skills.
