Nationwide’s NF Integrated Digital Services is seeking a Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic Imaging & Workflow team. This is a pivotal time for the IW space, with major initiatives underway in 2026. The team manages critical applications including AWD-NF
, NF Capture
, NRS
, URBO
, and On Track .

• Lead the design, development, and testing of scalable backend services and APIs.
• Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code using Java and modern development tools.
• Drive unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito
