This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. • Design, develop, and maintain advanced front-end features using React and React Native.
• Build scalable, maintainable codebases with Type Script and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Architect reusable components, state management solutions, and performance optimizations.
• Integrate front-end applications with AWS-based services and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across web and mobile platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of professional experience with React in production environments.
• 2+ years of experience building mobile applications with React Native.
• Expert-level proficiency in Type Script and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cloud Front, Dynamo
  
  DB, Cognito).
• Strong understanding of modern front‑end architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, Recoil, etc.), and component‑driven development.
• Experience with REST APIs, Graph
  
  QL, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Ops practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

• Experience with serverless architectures or full‑stack development.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with Expo, React Navigation, or native module integrations.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) or Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform/CDK).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
