Software Support Specialist
We are seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide ongoing software support and to help test the functionality of the Apprenticeship Compliance System family of software applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, thoroughness, attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Provide ongoing software support for the Apprenticeship Compliance System family of software applications.
- Test the functionality of the Apprenticeship Compliance System family of software applications.
- Communicate effectively with users and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a specialized area or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
