Technical/Functional Skills - Strong Core Java

- REST and WEB Services

- SQL & Stored procedures

- XML

Experience Required - Experience in developing REST and WEB services

- Real time integration experience with JAXB and JAXRS

- Strong experience in XML

- Experience in writing PL/SQLs and Stored Procedures

- Understanding of agile methodologies

- Retirement Plans Business domain knowledge

- Design and development of components

- Responsible for collaboration between technical architecture and the offsite counterparts,

- Coordination with technical leads & SMEs,

- Guiding the other team members

- Offshore coordination

- Code deployment & quality assurance

Generic Managerial Skills - Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment

- Experience in sharing the knowledge, lessons learnt & best practices with the team
