Develops and implements solutions that address complex business challenges, enhancing the ability to make data‑driven decisions and improving operational efficiency.
Prepares architecture and design documents for complex banking applications, keeping in mind design constraints that translate to coding.
Develops secure and high‑quality code that runs in sync with other highly efficient subsystems.
Think out‑of‑the‑box proactively and be creative by challenging conventional approaches and contribute towards operational efficiency.
Troubleshoots problems, works with product teams and other stakeholders to understand complex requirements and be able to break them down to design and development.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement solutions for complex business challenges.
- Prepare architecture and design documents for banking applications.
- Write secure, high‑quality code integrated with subsystems.
- Apply creative problem solving to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS, CICS & DB2.
- CICS Programming (including screen programming) mandatory.
- Experience coding in MQ Series & IMS DB mandatory.
- Experience/knowledge in building and maintaining new Test regions (preferred).
- Must have hands‑on coding development experience.
- Experience with version control.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in banking compliance and regulatory platforms.
