Job DescriptionOne of our clients is looking for a Salesforce‑Product Specialist based on the following skills.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices, including custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integration with back‑office systems (often via middleware tools like Mule Soft), and complex code and data migrations. Proven experience in these areas is essential.
- Lead development work streams from design through testing and deployment, often coordinating with cross‑functional team members.
- Partner with project leadership to estimate effort, identify required resources, and establish realistic development schedules.
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely, relevant updates and proactively identifying and communicating project risks.
- Provide post‑delivery support, assisting client teams with live application maintenance and conducting knowledge transfer to ensure long‑term success.
Skills & Qualifications
- Over 7 years of experience leading, designing, and developing Salesforce applications across diverse business domains.
- Experience working in Public Sector Foundation Packages and Omni Studio MUST
. - Hands‑on experience in Salesforce security configuration and user management.
- Experience working extensively with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework.
- Proficient in using declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems using Web Services/APIs, including SOAP and REST protocols.
- Experienced in data migration strategies and execution.
- Knowledgeable in release management using GIT and Copado.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
Advanced Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (Required to submit proof of certification).
Nice-to-Have Skills- Strong work ethic/Time & attendance punctuality.
Interview via Teams. Candidates in Columbus, OH – preferred.
