Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Sr./ Lead Developer with over 12 years of expertise in the MERN stack to join our supply chain management team and drive the development of highimpact applications for the automotive sector.
• The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React and Java exceptional coding practices proven leadership abilities and a deep understanding of system design to ensure robust scalable solutions

You Will

• Develop and maintain automotive related web applications using the MERN stack Mongo
  
  DB Express React Java
• Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable and robust web solutions in the automotive domain
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in coding and software development
• Develop solutions using event driven architecture Mongo Change Streams Kafka Schema Registry and connectors
• Architect and develop complex features and enhancements for our automotive platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and other developers to deliver high quality user centric solutions
• Maintain and improve existing systems addressing performance reliability and security issues
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects
• Continuously optimize application performance scalability and reliability
• Act as a technical liaison with automotive clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks

You Bring

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Developer with extensive expertise in the MERN stack
• Experience in React Java Mongo stack is MUST
• Proven track record of leading development teams and managing large scale projects
• Strong experience with Mongo
  
  DB Expressjs Reactjs Nodejs and Java
• Strong experience with Kafka and implementing event driven and serverless architecture
• Background in developing and deploying web applications within the automotive industry or related sectors
• Familiarity with supply chain management
• Proficiency in version control systems eg Git CICD practices and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java or Java based frameworks Spring Boot Microservices etc
• Experience with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure
• Knowledge of automotive software development frameworks and protocols
• Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in computer science or related fields
