Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location / Work Structure: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (flexible after orientation)

Compensation: $130,000–$140,000, direct hire

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable applications using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Docker
• Modernize legacy systems while building new client-facing tools, including a new CMS platform
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to align software initiatives with company goals
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level engineers
• Contribute to architectural decisions and infrastructure development for APIs and other platforms
• Promote software development best practices, including test-driven development, maintainability, and security

• 6–7+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Docker
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, architecture, and scalability
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and mentoring junior developers
• Ability to partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience modernizing legacy systems while maintaining operational stability
• Background in legal technology, case management, or related industries
