Full Stack Engineer

Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Level Sr. Software Engineer position for a Healthcare company that drives better health outcomes by uniting technology and clinical relationships through a connected healthcare network.

• Develop and maintain full-stack features for an innovative web and mobile platform that enables customers to virtually engage with their pharmacists
• Build and enhance web and mobile applications with a focus on new feature enhancements and production support
• Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver solutions that create meaningful business value
• Participate in paired programming and test-driven development practices
• Write unit tests and contribute to quality assurance processes
• Work with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Contribute to system documentation and code reviews
• Participate in Agile practices and ceremonies
• Support production environments and troubleshooting

• Must be local to Columbus and willing to work onsite 3 days per week (M/T/Th)
• 5+ years of experience working as a full stack software engineer
• Strong proficiency in Java for backend development
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
  Angular, React, or Vue
• Database experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, SQL Server, or No
  
  SQL
• Understanding of REST API development and integration
• Experience with unit testing and quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with paired programming methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile practices/tools, including TDD
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a product‑centric team that values relationships and innovation
