Software Engineer IV

Location: Candidates in the Columbus, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and Alabama.

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

• Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Business Analysts, and the Agile team to develop proof of concepts and deliver MVPs through rapid release cycles.
• Design and develop enterprise applications using modern technologies including React.js, C#, .NET 6+, Azure, SQL Server, iPaaS, and Dev Ops tools.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle: from story planning and backlog grooming to testing and demonstrations.
• Create scalable solutions including web services, distributed applications, and large databases.
• Conduct unit, regression, and integration testing aligned with enterprise architecture and coding standards.
• Provide critical feedback and recommendations to improve development practices and system performance.
• Support and maintain in-house applications, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
• Fully document applications and processes for maintenance, transition, and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of related experience with enterprise application development
• 4 years of experience with application software solution design and implementation.
• Hands on experience with , C#, ASP.NET, React.js, SQL Server, Azure, Web Services, REST or RESTful services.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and full participation in Agile ceremonies.
